Complex maintenance

Maintenance and support are provided by our experts:

 Technical support and repair activities

 Sanitation

 Security and video surveillance

 Anual and/or mountly Maintenance cost.

 Technical support regarding all facilities in the complex, including: electrical installation, air conditioning, water supply system, communal – TV/Internet, access systems, video surveillance, fire alarms, elevators, swimming pool and related equipment.

 Landscape, communal pool, fencing and parking area maintenance.

The annual service fee is paid by all owners: €12 per sq.m, (this amount includes VAT).

This amount is calculated on the basis of the apartment area, along with its adjacent parts.

Payment is made at the beginning of any calendar year, after signing and notarizing the agreement on Complex management and support.
