The procedure is carried out in stages and includes: one-time payment of tax on the purchase of real estate in the municipality of Nessebar, payment of registration services in the Register of Real Estate of Burgas Registration Agency, notary fees and services, legal services (preparation of the Preliminary Contract and Notary Act), translation services, registration with the Agency for geodesy, cartography and inventory, contributions for bank transfers.
