Property management

In your abcense and upon individual request, we offer property management services:

 Technical service and monitoring: electricity, water, windows, doors, air conditioning and ventilation once a week

 Apartment preservation in winter season (in case of non-use) in order to prevent accidents

 Urgent repairs, if necessary

 Cleaning  balconies and terraces once a month: this service is offered for the months of October to April

 Appartment refreshment, before owner arrival: cleaning and bedding

 E-mail or telephone communication about the state of your property

 Public services payment (electricity, water, Internet and television) on behalf and at the expense of the owner

 Payment of annual bills and taxes on behalf and at the expense of the owner

 When renting: we will provide inventory list and full description of your things in the apartment
